Pain in thigh

I’m 25 weeks and today have started with a sharp twinge at the very top of my thigh, right in the crease bit next to my pubic area. Any suggestions of what it could be/how best to relieve it?

Could be pelvic girdle pain/SPD if you're feeling it in your groin area.

Look it up and see if it fits your symptoms and you can get in touch with your midwife/GP and let them know and you may be able to get a referral for physio.

I had it from 29 weeks and a lot of the tips helped to keep it under control - things like sleeping with a pillow between my knees, sitting down to get dressed etc.

Thanks, was wondering if it could be SPD but wasn’t sure with it being in one specific place. Will see how it goes. Managed my pregnancy pilates class tonight but then it hurts to walk to the car 🤷‍♀️
