I met with my midwife today for 33wks appt and fundal height measures 39cm although during my 30weeks scan was told the baby is large for gestational age with weight of 4lb and my doctor said to redo scan by 36wks and that I might be induced.M nt diabetic as OGTT came to be normal,I don’t know my birth weight but prior preg M nt a big person neither my hubby.Just been concerned abt the whole scenario and with FH of 39cm today really made me worry.Anyone with this experience 🙃

I was measuring large and was induced at 38 weeks. DS was 9lb 4oz when born.

My baby started measuring big on growth scans from 30 weeks. She kind of peaked at the point when she was on the 95th percentile consistently. It did come back that I had GD, and the growth scans predicted she would be way over 9lb at birth. She was born by elective section at 39+1 weighing 8lb 6oz, so not quite as big as they expected!
