I’m 6 weeks + 4 and for the last couple of weeks I’ve had nausea that starts the second I’m awake until the minute I fall asleep and it’s there even in the middle of the night. I currently haven’t physically been sick but I’m struggling to eat much.

Other than the ginger, travel sickness bands, can anyone else suggest tips?

Make sure you stay really hydrated.
I used to find I was more nauseous if my blood sugar dropped and that half a glucose tablet helped. Also extra strong mints, ritz crackers, salted popcorn and lemonade without sweetners in. I hope it passes for you soon.
