Implantation bleeding experience please

Hi all!

I am confused! My fiancé and I had unprotected sex around the fertile window! We weren't trying but we were like if it happens it happens and would be wonderful! We wouldn't mind another baby (this would be baby number 3) 1 earth side 1 heaven side 💔 was stillborn💔 so we would love another baby but equally terrified as there's a 1-4 chance our babies could have a lethal genetic diagnosis like our first born 💔

My period is due in 1 week and I'm usually regular! It always appears on 25th or 26th of every month!

Anyway on Saturday I wiped and had a little brown discharge and thought this is odd!? Then it stopped!

Now today I've wiped and have red blood when I wipe! I've put a pad on but nothings leaking through which usually would happen if it was a period!

Can implantation be red?? There are no clots just red when I wipe. I've never had implantation with my other 2 so I'm confused.

Any experiences on here would help. The wait to test or for period to arrive is so hard! Surely this can't be my period a week early ?!? Any experiences ?

I'm also very achey 😣 legs, back and boobs.

My implant bleeding was bright red I got mine after sex oooopps I thought it was break through bleeding as I did have hormonal issues I also got it at 4 + 6 but now I am 7 + 4 and my hormones are ramping up

Hiya thanks for this post! We did have sex a few days ago. How long did your bright red bleeding last? I have just gone to check and I'm still bleeding and it's transferring on a pad now which makes me think it's an early period! So confused because it's never happened before :(

On implantation it was probably no more than a teaspoon I would probably have not known it was bright red if we had not done the deed it's was slightly messy and of course not expected 🤣

Oh right haha !! Okay I am more than sure this is a period now then 🙈💔

Everyone is different and it can last a few days so I have heard

It's horrible as period symptoms are so close to pregnancy symptoms.

I also have period symptoms a week before my period.

Hopefully, it happens for those of us who are trying soon. Xx

@BritishDesiGirl it is horrible isn't it! Although we weren't really trying it is still heart breaking when period appears.

Have you had any bleeding?

I've heard some people get what they think is a period and turns out to be implantation but mine just seems too red and too much now!

So odd that it's a week early! Never happens really frustrating

I'm in my tww, 5 dpo. I'm trying not to symptom spot this month.

Implantation bleeding isn't that common and l didnt have nay with my first child.

Just trying to stay stress free, easier said then done!!

hi all any updates? im also having an odd period, im cramping and bleeding but hardly any blood on the pad but more so when i wipe...blood is red and dark brown, im on my second day today and still little on the pad... the blood is still dark such an odd period for me im usually heavy on the second day.

I had implantation bleeding 3/4 days before my period was due. I can’t remember colour exactly but it was spotting, like the start of my period along with period pains so I didn’t think anything of it. When the period didn’t start properly I took a test 3 days into the spotting and nothing, then showed positive on the 4th day. I carried on spotting (with period pains) for a bit longer so I would say 5 days in total.
FYI it started 9/10 days after the last time we had sex

Hi everyone! Hope you’ve all had good news since yous last spoke on this thread. Sorry I’m such a newbie so I hope Im doing this right! I’m currently in my dreaded tww. I had some pink discharge at 10dpo, just wondering if this looks like implantation bleeding to yous? Im still testing negative (12 dpo today) so very confused at what this could be as I’ve never had it before. TIA xxx

@Ellbell1234 my implantation bleed was similar looking to yours, pink creamy cm. I didn’t test until my period was a day late so I have no idea how many days it would of taken to get a positive after the bleed, sorry that’s probably no help!

@Ellbell1234 yep☺️ I had the pink bleeding in the morning, little bit of brown in the afternoon and then another speck of brown around the time my period was due! Good luck I hope you get your bfp!
