Horrendous restless legs last night

Been getting this for the last few weeks on and off but my god last night was next level.
I literally could not stop moving my legs, they would involuntarily twitch, ache etc until I moved them. I wanted to chop them off.
It happens in the day too, anytime I stop and sit down they start.

I'm 37 weeks today, is it too late to take anything for it ?

i have this too and had heard it was due to potassium and magnesium deficiency so I started eating a banana and a serving of cashew nuts every day - it’s not went away but it is reduced. Could be worth a shot? My friend also had this and swore by peppermint moisturiser on her legs before bed.

Sorry I have no solutions for you but I feel your pain! I am 21 weeks but have been getting restless legs some nights. Also had it before I was pregnant but normally it would go away when I get in to bed but not the case since I’ve been pregnant and has definitely been worse. Such an odd thing isn’t it and very frustrating. Hope you find something to help x

I had this. I took calcium and magnesium and it worked a great!

I'm not pregnant but this week have started using a magnesium body butter from Amazon called Slumber and Down. First time in months I've been able to go straight to sleep!
