Please help

I would love to find someone that could help me and maybe has been through the same things I’m going right now. I will attach a picture down below with an OPK test. I am just wondering if it is in the “high” category as I don’t think it’s considered “peak”. I took it today as I’ve been having weird symptoms and my period is 5 days late. I also did a pregnancy test which came back negative. Any advice would be helpful.

LH increases right up before your period starts. For that reason, you can't use them as a pregnancy test. So basically either your period is a little late and about to start or you're ovulating really really late this cycle

now I’m even more confused as in the picture below the top OPK is from today and the bottom one is from 2 days ago. My period is now 8 days late… since my initial post I started to get really bad diarrhoea (sorry tmi), tender breasts and really bad cramping which doesn’t seem to go away. I everyday think my period is starting since I was 4/5 days late and nothing yet. I don’t usually experience tender breasts before my period, just when I ovulate (like normal ovulation)…
