Belly flopped from small height when 12w 5d - should I be worried

basically, I totally forgot I was pregnant.

i was in the sea and bent over and kinda dived/flopped in.

i am worried about the baby and causing a miscarriage. I am 12 w 5 d. I know im
probably daft but I just am anxious.

should I be worried? Could this have caused trauma?

it didn’t hurt I was fine had no cramps or bleeding but now I’m worried.

The baby is very well protected, what you did will cause no harm.

Don't worry, you and baby will be fine. I was the same when pregnant - I worried when thought I had leaned too far over the sink to reach something!
