Hi everyone! I went through one treatment of IUI, and I’m now pregnant with twins!! I’m terrified! I’m 24 years old and my partner is 27 years old (same sex relationship). We already have a little boy who is 4 (who I had prior). We went for an early scan at 7 weeks, and found out we were having twins. Baby 1 is measuring a bit small (6.7mm) with a heartbeat of 121 bpm but they said it’s normal for twins to measure smaller, but baby 2 is measuring a bit too small (4.4mm) and heartbeat is 116bpm. The man that did the scan scared me so much, and when he started the scan, he said that there was two but wasn’t sure if the second one was even alive. I have another scan in 5 days to see if they are okay. I also have a cyst of around 3 cm big on my right ovary. So if anybody can give me any kind of advice or reassurance or anything, that would be great. Thank you! ☺️
