The people that are criticising the use of the word sex- get a grip. Its a common mistake that a lot of people make and is often called "gender reveal" etc...

Just because its not scientifically correct doesn't mean you need to get on your high horse and make the op feel silly. If you don't like it scroll on 👋

Oh for goodness sake. It's very likely statistically that the child's gender and sex are going to be the same. If the child is transgender and identifies as a different gender to their sex in the future I'm sure OPs not going to worry that the scan didn't tell her that her child was trans!

This looks very similar to my 2nd son’s scan so I’m going to say boy 😊

Thanks everyone. A couple of mixed answers. We are waiting until birth to find out ☺️ And apologies if my use of the term ‘gender’ has offended anyone!
