Im looking for some positivity and peoples experiences.
Last Friday I decided to take a pregnancy test (2 days before my period was due), as I had non stop spotting since my ovulation and my boobs looked different. HPT came up positive straight away, so I bought 2 more digital clear blue and got 2 more positives with 2-3 weeks. We’re over the moon as this is our first pregnancy and we’re excited. Come Monday and I’ve started bleeding. Quite heavy I’d say, compared to what I’m used to. I don’t soak a pad at all, barely anything comes out on to the pad but I drip blood when I’m going to the toilet and there’s bright red blood when I wipe. I’ve started getting very very mild cramps and my boobs have stopped hurting. I’ve also gotten some lower back pain (not sure if it’s linked as I suffer from my back now and again). I rang my EPU and they said there’s nothing they can do but to wait it out and do another pregnancy test in 2 weeks time. I’m an emotional wreck. We took another pregnancy test on Tuesday and it said positive 2-3 weeks. We plan on taking another test next week, when I’m back from a work trip.
I’ve spent all my time recently researching and trying to find some reassurance.
Has anyone had anything similar and still had a successful pregnancy? All signs are pointing to a chemical pregnancy and it’s breaking my heart ðŸ˜
