Does anyone else feel abnormally cold ?

I’m almost 10 weeks and just feel really cold ? I keep getting goosebumps and just feeling really quite rubbish to be honest.

I thought I was coming down with something but I’ve been like this for about 2 weeks now !

I'm 12 weeks and have been freezing the past 2 days! I didn't even clock that it could be pregnancy related 😳 ill treat myself to a nice heated blanket I think if this continues 🤔

Yes I get that. Was one of my first symptoms and thought I was ill and did a pregnancy test. Still get cold and shivery now particularly in the night and I'm 28+2 weeks

I was cold all through my pregnancy, even though I had been told that you get hot. I wasn't. And the pregnancy was completely normal and had a happy outcome. Poor you! I sympathise (and shiver) with you.

My sister (a GP) says it is probably a vagus nerve thing, and that if you get cold after a meal while digesting, you will probably be cold while pregnant.

@Damsons I'm 11 weeks today and been freezing for days. I don't think being tired from constant bathroom trips help either x

May be worth asking your GP to test for a UTI. Very common in pregnancy and can make you feel rubbish without the 'burning' peeing sensation etc.
