32 weeks and buttocks are really sore when I sit down - is there anything I can do?

HAs anyone else had this?

I don't seem to have put on too much weight (under a stone in total) but sitting down for too long (my work is computer based so I don't have much choice ) makes my arse ACHE.

I've not done a huge amount of exercise it's true but is there anything I can do to help with this?

My hips ache when I wake up- could be similar... you probably need to stretch the muscles out.

Might be worth (not glam but hey it works for me) sitting on a childs swimming ring. Seems to help.

Can you sit on a birth ball - that way your core abdominals will support your weight better. Oh and not staying in one position for more than 30 minutes will prob help too.

Thanks for tip - will get a ball and try that.
