Do they call if it's high risk?

I'm a bit nervous about my 12 week test results this time. Not sure why...just one of those things. Do they call you if it's higher risk? Rather than it appearing in the post after a couple of weeks?

Yes usually within 48 hours

Yes you'd get a phone call, usually within 48 hours. It's a case of no news = good news.
