Very Minor Spotting with Low Lying Placenta - help!

22 weeks pregnant and have a low lying placenta (8mm away from cervix).

Have had 2 episodes of spotting, both barely anything on the tissue, not proper red blood and only a very minor pink tinge.

In accordance with midwife advice, each time I have gone to my local delivery suite and each time have has the Ok to return home.

Whilst I am so pleased it has been ok and baby has been fine, I can’t help but jump to worst case scenario. Also anxious already after this being my 4th pregnancy with 2 MC and Ectopic prior. Has anyone good any positive stories to tell me for reassurance?

How do people deal with the anxiety or knowing that you may have to continuously go to hospital to get checked out on a regular basis?

I was really enjoying finally embracing this pregnancy and had managed to deal with my anxiety up until this point - but now I feel like I an going to sink again and find the remaining 18 weeks very hard!
