Feeling different 3rd baby

I have 2 children already, both boys.

Currety 6 weeks pregnant. My weight gain is so much more so early on and I feel a lot of tightness/cramping mainly of an evening. Nothing too severe. I feel different to other pregnancies. Has anybody had this? Could it be twins?

With my first I had morning sickness throughout, until 36 weeks, it stopped for two weeks and then didn’t stop until after I had my little girl at 41+3. My second I had less severe sickness inlt
being sick once/twice a day until around 20 weeks, then delivered her at 28+6 with severe pre eclampsia- also a girl. I’m currently pregnant with my third, didn’t know until gone 15 weeks, no symptoms no sickness etc until I had car sickness one day and that’s why I took a test. I’m now almost 19 weeks, feeling also more bloated this time but aside from that fine. This is also a girl. So for me each pregnancy has been completely different!

I have 2 girls already and pregnant with my 3rd. This pregnancy is completely different (I'm hoping for a boy but reckon another girl😂) I thought twins to starts with but turns out it defo 1 in there lol x
