Undercooked mince - Worried

Hello everyone,

I am 17 weeks pregnant. Yesterday I had some pork meatballs for cooking covered in a sauce. I’d eaten a few when I noticed the one I was eating was slightly pink in the middle. Not raw but definitely a little pink. I stopped eating them at this point.

I’m now worried about toxoplasmosis. I’ve had a slightly tickle-y throat this afternoon but don’t know if this would be too soon to have symptoms?

Does anyone have any advice?

Were they fresh? Or has they been frozen at any point? I think that’d be much too soon to get symptoms, and symptoms are pretty rare anyway. I had a similar panic except it was over a burger that was deliberately cooked medium in a restaurant. My midwife just told me to be careful in future, didn’t even want to test.

They were made fresh by DP as part of a Guosto meal. I’m really annoyed at myself for not checking them before eating. There was only about 5 small meatballs in total so would have been a small amount of mince but it’s been playing on my mind this afternoon.
