Do these measurements look okay for my 31 week growth scan?

Hey guys! Do these measurements look ok for my 31 week growth scan? The AC measurement is a little on the larger side since my last growth scan (I have gestational diabetes), and the HC has been measuring 2 weeks or so ahead throughout which isn’t surprising as both me and DH have big heads. What are PI and RI? RI is 0.0? So confused about this stuff!

PI is pulsatility index which I think is to measure the blood flow. Could be wrong but vaguely remember my sonographer saying something about it.

RI is resistive index is used to measure the resistance of the arterial flow.

Is it normal that the RI is 0.0?
