I'm 38 weeks and 4 days pregnant with my second child and a couple of days ago I could feel my cervix and it was getting thinner and today I've gone to check it again and I can't feel it at all, I was just wondering if your cervix could go back

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Hi there I’m 32 weeks and 4 days and had a scan today as I was measuring big and having a Homebirth.. the sonographer said my amniotic fluid should be 8cm and mine is 8.5cm slightly over .. I see the word polyhrdromnios on my notes snd now I’m worried sick anyone else had this 🥲

I have no idea but I'm 36 weeks with #2 and impressed you can reach 😂

Eastendgirl1234 · 08/09/2022 18:34

Anyone else had this and everything’s been ok?

Eastendgirl1234 · 08/09/2022 18:58

Reach what?

OhhhhhhhhBiscuits · 08/09/2022 18:59

Stop sticking fingers up there and possibly introducing an infection! Just let nature (hopefully!) take its course.

Why are you checking your cervix? You can increase your chances of infection.
