Holiday abroad

Hey!

Can anyone help? Currently abroad in Spain in an all inclusive hotel and have been eating the all inclusive cakes 🤣 they have like cream sponge etc on them and now I'm just having a panic if I can eat them? I'm currently 11 weeks pregnant!

I've never heard of not being allowed cream before? Is there something you've heard or read?
