So i am almost 33 weeks pregnant and want to start eating the '6 dates a day' from 35/36 weeks - does anyone know if it has to be the fancy medjool dates or is any old date good enough? 😂

I ate normal Jordan dates that I got in Tesco. By the way, I think it’s from 34 weeks you can start them.

I actually really liked them. And had a really quick and straightforward water birth at home, so best of luck.

(I also took raspberry leaf tablets from around 32 weeks I think, I started with 2, and worked incrementally up to 8 per day, I’ve got no idea what the suggested dose is, but that worked for me!)
