Worried! No symptoms!

I am around 7 weeks pregnant with my second and I do not feel pregnant at all! With my first I had terrible MS from 6 weeks and was being sick 3/4 times a day. However this time I feel completely normal and other than a positive test I don’t feel pregnant! I have an early scan this evening however I’m so worried something is wrong! This happened to anyone else?

I had zero symptoms until 8 weeks.
You could wake up tomorrow feeling rotten.

Like @SunshineClouds1, I had zero symptoms with DC2 until about 10 weeks. THEN the nausea took hold! Hopefully it's just a nice easy start to your pregnancy 😊

I'm 9 weeks + 2 and all I've had so far is sore boobs! I was worried too, but I had a scan 10 days ago which put my mind at rest a bit!

I'm currently pregnant with my first and I'm around 5/6 weeks and all I've had so far is VERY sore boobs and them being a little swollen, I don't feel like it's real or there is actually a baby growing in there! May I ask how you are having nearly scans? I've just been told by midwife that I'll see her on the 7th October and then she'll sort a scan out for around the start of November time...
