What is the bottom line is that supposed to measure contractions or bh? Or both ?

It can record both. It just measures a change in your abdomen tightness really, context is everything. Are you in pain?

@SwayingInTime I've been having some on and off pains tonight but not sure if it's the fact I'm constipated (sorry)
The last few days have had period type pains but again nothing regular just randomly

Bottom line is the toco. Measures uterine activity.

Looks like you may be having a few tightening? Or it could just be you moving around.

The toco isn't very intelligent, it's basically just a pressure pad.
