So I'm currently pregnant. I have one child who is 10 so it's been such a long time since I've had to think about baby items. So exciting yet so daunting 😳😬
Can anyone recommend anything that they couldn't live without once baby arrived. For the baby and yourself.
My mind is at a blank, what essentials I need and just items you came across that were amazing!
Anything that made sleep better?

Hi I'm in the same boat. 9 year old daughter and currently 15 weeks. I will be following your post as I feel I've forgotten what you need lol. Hope that's OK 👍🏻 😊 x

Congratulations op⭐️

Some of the below are probably not absolutely essential, but they definitely made things easier.

Snuzpod next to me crib - lots of brands of ‘next to me cribs’ out there but but the Snuzpod I thought was the nicest looking as well as being hardy and strong
Sleepyhead for naps
plenty of Muslin cloths
plenty of sleepsuits ( with the mitten part attached to cuffs, so you can put over baby’s hands)
white noise machine - we had the sheep one upstairs and the cloud one in the living room, I think it helped dd nap a little longer
lanolin nipple balm (if planning to breastfeed)
its also great for dry lips.
A decent sized water bottle - I remember the lovely lazy very early days of breastfeeding where I didn’t move from the sofa for 4 hours ( dd was cluster feeding!) the water bottle was much appreciated!

Feel free to follow 😊 I feel I should know exactly what's needed but there's a Million more things out now. I don't want to buy unnecessary.

Thank you so much. I've seen a few people post about something you put in a snuzpod? Suppose to be like an internal bed that feels like they are still in the womb? "or is this something I've made up 🙈
Definitely will look for the white noise machine.
I remember using my phone to play hoover sounds 10 yrs ago 😂
