Hello. Some advice needed please, I’m off to Florida in December but have just found out that I’m 5 weeks pregnant. Didn’t think it was any issue ( just take it easy when walking) until someone mentioned about Zika virus at work and now I’m stressing out and wanting to cancel 🙈 so it’s seems like it’s still a thing, although NHS websites were last updated in 2019 on the subject… florida is categorised as ‘very low risk’ and the last case was way back in 2016. Has anyone been to Florida when pregnant? It’s a strange one because it seems like the virus is gone but last thing I want to do is put the baby in any danger.
