Colostrum leaking 22 weeks

I'm 22 weeks pregnant with my first child. I have noticed colostrum spotting in my bra a few times over the last few weeks.
When I got into bed last night I noticed after a few minutes that the sheet was wet and realised it was colostrum leaking. Sat upright for a while and it had seemed to have stopped.
However this morning I have woken to a huge wet patch on my sheet. Clear in colour but my breast had more of a yellow tinged liquid coming out of it when I looked.
NHS website seems to suggest leaking is normal but I wasn't expecting this much! Has anyone experienced this before? Please reassure me! Thanks in advance 😀

Yeah happened to me at about the same number of weeks. Annoying but fine.

didn't happen with subsequent pregnancies interestingly.

see if you can catch it in a syringe and freeze it

Happened to me about 22 weeks, quite w lot of liquid and then nothing till about 28 weeks and then now nothing since!(32 weeks)

Normal!
