Tilted uterus & miscarriage

Hello everyone
I have experienced a number of miscarriages over the past couple of years (I am under gynaecologist care)

Im approx 9 weeks pregnant, I was having some back and stomach pain so went for an early scan at the EPAU (would’ve been 8 weeks) and they couldn’t find a heartbeat via abdominal ultrasound, I had previously had a heartbeat at 6 weeks at another early scan (transvaginal - couldn’t be seen via abdominal).
The problem I am having is I do have a tilted uterus, which I know can cause difficulty seeing anything as I was told a few weeks ago, the midwife wouldn’t do a transvaginal scan since she wasn’t confident doing them (it wasn’t a sonographer preforming the scan) she was pushing down quite hard on my tummy and found the baby but no heartbeat and said it was measuring a little small.

I am probably clutching at straws here, but could there be a possibility the heartbeat was missed due to the tilted uterus?
