Low lying placenta

Anyone else have a low lying placenta? I'm 22 weeks and wondering if it's likely to move by itself or if there's something I can do to help it 🤔 xx

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

They often move, I had one and at a scan at 32 weeks or so it had moved, had natural birth with no problems

I had one at my 20 week scan, rescanned at 32 weeks and it had moved. My 3 friends also had it and all of their's moved too.

I think 8/10 move out the way by 32 weeks and 9/10 by 36 weeks.
Did they say how low it was?

I think if it is actually covering the cervix there is less chance of movement - 4 or 5 out of 10.

They showed me my cervix at my 20 week scan and it was clear, the placenta was just low - i think they like it to be around 3cm away from your cervix.

Just had my 32 weeks placenta scan today and it has moved (low lying at 20 weeks not completely covering). Hopefully yours will move too!

I had one, safely moved and I was able to deliver vaginally at 41 weeks
