19 weeks and so out of breath

I get out of breath doing the smallest thing, walking up the stairs in my house, getting changed, cleaning, shopping. Is this normal? I never used to be like this before, I've felt this way throughout my pregnancy and was wondering if anyone else is the same? I am not massively overweight or anything. I am 19 weeks and this is my first pregnancy so I have nothing to compare to. Any information is appreciated

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

How old are you? I didn't have this in my first 2 pregnancies in my 20s but I've had awful breathlessness this time around (mid 30s). And have you had Covid? I caught it on a work trip at 13 weeks and it's been a long recovery - not sure if my breathlessness is down to that or pregnancy, but at 24 weeks I'm still really struggling with stairs. Also fairly slim and healthy so it's a mystery.

Get in touch with your midwife. I was breathless with my second and I was a bit anaemic.

You shouldn't be feeling so out of breath at this stage. See GP to get checked out please

I'm 33 and I have had covid twice, 1st time was pre pregnancy and then 2nd time I was around 15weeks but it was only cold like symptoms, and had a quick recovery. I've had breathlessness from the start and I have just assumed it's normal but it's starting to bother me so I think I will contact GP like people say as it seems it's not that common...
