Has anyone tried the curb walking to help bring labour along? Does it even work?

Or kerb?

Or kerb?

You knew what they meant so don't be an arse.

greenerfingers · 04/09/2022 13:25

Since they both mean the same thing I don't think it affects the original post much @DrinkFeckArseGirls.

I tried it and might have been coincidence but I went into labour the next day. You can never really know with these things.

Purplepjs · 04/09/2022 13:28

I did kerb and went into labour the following day with my first. Who knows if it helped, but felt good to try something!

BlueBunny23 · 04/09/2022 14:17

Thanks everyone how far did you walk or how long for on each side?

I did 15 minutes each side. Had pelvic girdle pain so shows how desperate I was. Managed 15 mins and also had some saffron that evening. I personally feel both kick started it.

Well, actually I didn’t know what the OP meant and whether it was “curb” or “kerb” or what it meant 🤷🏻‍♀️

Apparently walking up and down the stairs sideways is also good, worth a shot if you have stairs in your house!

BlueBunny23 · 04/09/2022 21:23

@justanotherlaura I have 15 of those I will give it a try also!
