Retinol

I am 16 weeks pregnant and just used retinol cream on my forehead (less than a pea size). Haven’t used it for months and months and now I have just read it’s a massive no no! Iv gone down the Google rabbit hole and freaking out.

Yes I'm sure once will be fine, just don't use it again! I usually have a prescribed retinol cream and my dermatologist said not to use it while pregnant because they are super cautious and it's Vitamin A based which can be harmful. But I'm sure a tiny amount once won't do any harm

It's a small amount on your skin, you weren't eating i,t so you'll be fine just stop using it now just to be safe and make sure you do avoid liver, pâté etc.
