I rate Pregnacare as they have everything you need in 1 tablet

Pregnantpolly · 05/09/2022 08:35

Pregnacare is the pretty standard one but if you have a look around the chemist most preg vitamins have pretty much same ingredients

@allthingssparkly I was recommended the Active Iron Pregnancy (multi vit with folic acid, then seperate tablets for iron and omega) by my GP (although I am vegetarian so that may have influenced it). Mentioned them to the midwife at my booking appointment on Saturday and she said they're really good. Not cheap but Holland & Barrett often half them buy one get one free :)

You only need folic acid and vitamin d

@allthingssparkly I got mine free from the community midwife. Might be worth an ask when you next go. I didn’t even know they gave them out ☺️ X

allthingssparkly · 06/09/2022 18:07

Oh I didn't know this @Rachelw730 I have got a two months supply of the Bassetts Chewable Pregnancy Vits so I'm stocked up for now 😊😊 x
