Hey all,

I'm 7+2 today and nausea has really kicked in, I haven't actually been properly sick yet but keep gagging and I just can't stand the thought of food

Anything you ladies do to help would be amazing xx

@Doingprettywellthanks same for me. It was hard though because I was so nauseous and trying to make yourself eat while that's the last thing you want to do is awful. But it always made it go away

Fizzy cola bottles. No idea why but it really helps!

Go to your GP and ask for cyclizine. You don't have to suffer! I wish I'd got it sooner.

Spudina · 03/09/2022 23:51

Ask for a prescription of anti sickness medicine. Ginger is supposed to be good for nausea.Agree to eat little and often.

YouBoggleMyMind · 03/09/2022 23:52

Ginger biscuits

Bananabreakfast123 · 04/09/2022 12:50

Ginger biscuits and fizzy laces are my go to. I've permanently got a little freezer bag with a couple of biscuits in. Also take some to bed because my nausea is worst in the evening and overnight. If I have one or two in the middle of the night, it seems to help come morning time. I'm also having dry crumpets for breakfast. Plain and dry seems to be the way to go.
