Hi all

Last night, and once or twice few nights back, I was just dropping off to sleep when I felt a massive muscle spasm in my stomach which woke me up! I assume it's a BH but it only lasted a second and didn't seem to be a hardening, only a great big spasm. Has anyone else had this?

Hi, Ive been having these since Sat night. I'm 28 weeks pregnant now. I've been told that they are BH but been advised to consult doc anyway.

I satrted to get them a few days ago at only 20 weeks. Never had them in my other pregnancies.

If it only lasted a second, depending on how pregnant you are it could be your lo having some fun and making a biiiiig movement.

B-H are a bit longer than that in my experience (every day for 22 weeks so far )between 30 seconds and about 2 minutes.

Ta for your responses. I am wondering now if it was the LO having a big stretch but it was a bit shocking! Am seeing gp tomorrow so shall check then.
