Aches and pains 14weeks

Just wondering if aches and pains are normal at this stage.
Last week I was gardening and have ached all week felt like a pulled muscle in my lower tummy.
Also looking in the mirror thinking I might be starting to show a small bump.
Is aches and pains expected at this stage x

They are guaranteed @Soapie19 😅The growing uterus is stretching literally everything and particularly round ligaments which you'd feel around the sides of the lower belly. I'm also 14 weeks with the first baby and find these 'growing pains' and the beginnings of a bump somewhat comforting as it's what should be happening at this stage. x

@SiberFox thats really comforting to hear, hopefully that's all it is, just worrying myself I think x
