Measuring small and Slow heart rate

Hi All,
According to my LMP I am 7weeks 2 days but the scan showed 6weeks 1 day in the ultrasound yesterday, she also told that the heartbeat should been good by now but it does not looks good as of now. She has given clexane injection for 3 days alternative and asked for re-scan after 5 days.
I am currently freaking out and depressed like hell as this is my 2nd time being pregnant, I had one miscarriage at 5 weeks 2 months back.
Can anyone tell me has anybody faced similar situation and went on to full term

Could you have ovulated later in your cycle? By my LMP I’m 6+2 but I know I didn’t ovulate until around day 20 in my cycle because I was doing ovulation tests so am more like 5+4.

My cycle is always 30 days, so might be around 16th day but i did not test it
