Why my cervix hurts to stand up or walk or when baby moves??

I’m 37 weeks pregnant and iv felt baby drop about a week ago and midwife said Baby was in the pelvis two days ago but now my cervix hurts when either baby moves or I stand up or walk it feels like she’s going to fall out! Last night she was moving and I could feel it in my bum!!!

this is not first baby but I was induced last time and they said my baby was not engaged what did ever and one midwife pushed his head down while the other broke my waters. So iv never had an engaged baby before. Is this how it feels? Does it mean baby is coming soon? Also lost some plug two days ago, just clear.

Lightening crotch. Very normal and means baby is engaged and on their way out

Yeah. I'd say a week or so. They say second babies engage later than first babies too.

@Twizbe oh wow I had no idea my midwife arranged an app for in 2 weeks and never said she wouldn’t see me!

I could be totally wrong. Babies make their own timetables lol

I felt like this in the 36 hours leading up to giving birth, I could hardly walk at one point.
