Pregnant with endometriosis

I'm 7 weeks pregnant, and was diagnosed with endometriosis in 2018. Since then, I've been told conflicting things about endo in pregnancy - i.e. was told by one GP that pregnancy is the best thing for endo and that pain will disappear entirely due to hormonal changes, but was told by another GP this isn't guaranteed and not before 12 weeks, when the placenta develops.

For any other endo sufferers out there in a similar situation, how have you managed the pain without NSAIDs? And for those who are further along or who have had previous pregnancies, did you find that the pain reduced over time?

My pregnancy (above) sadly ended in a miscarriage at the end of September. I'm now 4 weeks into a new pregnancy, and my endo pain flared up overnight last night, for the first time in 5 months 😞 Could it be that my uterus is already stretching, causing irritation of the endo/scarring? My GP has been no use and the wait for a referral to a specialist is unsurprisingly very long (I'm in the UK). Have any other endo sufferers experienced this in early pregnancy? Did it improve with time? I'm worried my endo was a contributing factor to my miscarriage, and that it might happen again if I can't get it under control.
