Do disappearing symptoms mean miscarriage?

Found out I was pregnant on Saturday. Had heavy sore boobs, feeling sick and just felt pregnant. They have been getting weaker since then and I now feel almost normal. I’m worried this means miscarriage is coming

Congrats on your pregnancy. Really hope this is not your case. For me it was, my hcg levels started to increase much slower and symptoms were less significant, as the pregnancy was not developing as it should have.

But when I posted here a similar question, I've got plenty of optimistic replies. So my outcome is not necessarily the rule. You could test for hcg to see if the levels increase normally.
