Loss of Pregnancy Symptoms

I'm currently 7 weeks pregnant, the last week or so I've felt extremely sick, I've had really bad nausea (haven't actually been sick) but haven't really been able to eat much and been extremely tired and felt difficult to even keep my eyes open! Just felt really drained. Today I have woken up and I feel absolutely fine, not nauseous at all (although I still don't fancy eating any massive meals) and I'm not tired - I have more of a spring in my step. I'm just concerned as they say loss of symptoms is a sign of a missed miscarriage. I had a MMC last December at 6 weeks (I didn't have any symptoms at all then, just sore boobs and missed period) so I am worried that the same thing has happened again :( just seems weird how bad I've felt the last few days and now I feel like I'm fine? Should I be concerned :(

They may well come back!

I was panicking earlier this week for the same reason as my symptoms went and I felt normal! But they are back now. I Have a private scan tomorrow as been worrying something was wrong.

I've read lots of people saying they go and come back but have always read lots saying if they disappear then it's a sign of miscarriage so my heads all over the place! I think because I've felt SO sick and all of a sudden feel fine I'm panicking 🙈 it's good to know yours came back! I'm hoping symptoms come back for a bit of reassurance! Hope your scan goes well! Xx

I felt sick as a dog for weeks, woke up one morning like you felt like a new women.
Symptoms didn't return and my son is asleep upstairs.
I can't remember exact weeks but this happened all before 10 weeks.

As pp, you could wake up feel horrendous tomorrow.

I went through the exact same thing at 7/8 weeks pregnant that I booked a private scan as I was so anxious. Baby was growing well! It is natural for your symptoms to feel like they disappear, please don’t worry as a pp say, they end up coming back!

That's really good to know thank you. As much as I don't want to feel sick, the nausea is also a fairly good sign that pregnancy is going well. I think I've been googling too much "loss of symptoms" which just tells me "a sign of miscarriage". It's only been 24 hours so who knows, the nausea may come back!

Thanks so much. This has made me feel better. 5-6 weeks I was feeling so nauseous and I've hit 7 weeks and the nausea has gone, hopefully it comes back and if it doesn't - I need to try and not be too worried 🙏🏼
