6 weeks pregnant and bleeding on and off

Hello,

This is my first thread , quite new here.
I am currently 6 weeks pregnant ( first pregnancy) and I'm bleeding on and off for the last 2 days. At the beginning of my pregnancy I think I have developed thrush as I was experiencing some burning sensation and itchiness and I have used Canesten 1%. It did get better after 5 days or so.
I finally booked a private ultrasound tomorrow to check the situation. I have also had cramps on my left side.
The strange thing is I did not experience at all pregnancy symptoms like nausea, fatigue, food aversion. I am still my old me, is this not weird? Just slightly sore boobs but nothing else.
Does any of you had the same experience? Can thrush create complications?

@CheekyandFun thrush isn't dangerous in pregnancy and fairly common, it's very unlikely to have caused any trouble. Symptoms also vary - some get very few. Are you bleeding heavily / with pain? The truth is bleeding can be a sign that something's not right or totally benign. The heavier it is, and the more painful, the higher the risk. The scan will clarify things. Thank you for your reply. I am not bleeding heavily but every time i wipe there is some slight bleeding.
I will see what they say tomorrow at the scan, fingers crossed.
