12 week Scan - 13+2

Hello all, hope you all are well!

Had my 12 week scan today and got told I’m 13+2 as baby’s CRL was 71mm and the NT was 1.6. I was really anxious beforehand as last year had a late miscarriage and still recall the 12 week scam experience being told that there was no nasal bone and t he NT was 7. Today I had tears of happiness and relieved to have gone home with a scan pic of little one. Just waiting now on the bloods which I was told all pregnant women have for Down syndrome checks.

I have attached my scan pic. Baby was being naughty so had to do a few star jumps to get him/her into the right position to get the right measurements!

Can anyone tell from the scan if it’s a boy or girl. I wouldn’t know where to even start to look for the small signs! Thank you all and wishing you all well on your journeys. 🙏🏽

This sounds like it’s my website or something that I’m promoting and I swear it’s not 😂.. but when I was pregnant last year there was a website called the nub whisperer where it was £10 for her to send you analysis of your scan and tell you what it was. It was a very detailed email I got back telling me I was having a boy. I still remember that moment as the moment I found out. At the 16 week scan when they confirmed it I felt like I already knew from that email. I would usually think well it’s a 50/50 guess but another two people I saw mention it on here also had the correct sex. There’s all these nub Facebook groups but I posted my scan on a few of them and just got a mix of random guesses. I think for £10 the nub whisperer is worth it ☺️ It was very very quick too when I did it, like 12 hours and I had a reply
