Pain in ribs

Had pain in ribs for the past few days I'm currently 17 weeks is this normal? It gets more sore whenever I walk. First time being pregnant so not really sure what's normal and what's not lol so any help would be appreciated thanks.

Google rib flare, although might be too early for that but that is something you can get where your ribs are painful

It could be a positional thing with the baby, he/she might have a foot or arm lodged right in there. I'm 22 weeks and mine constantly does it 🤦‍♀️ congrats! X

I’d maybe mention it to your GP. I’ve had a pain in the back and side of my rib cage for weeks and needed more investigation. It doesn’t hurt to be cautious. Mine was nothing, hopefully yours is too x
