Has anybody heard of the Ramzi theory ? If so do you think this is a boy or a girl ? It was an internal ultrasound and the image hasn't been flipped

I would say girl. Looks like the placenta is on the right

Actually I think I read that wrong, if it's not a mirrored image then I think the right side indicates a boy!

Scan has to be between 6-8 weeks.
The first one suggests a girl

Yes these are only 50/50. Nub is more accurate
