Hi everyone,

Just wondering if anyone can decipher anything from this scan picture.
I had it at 6w+2d and was told there are two little sacs and 2 little flickering heartbeats. According to the lady doing the sonogram I am measuring at 5w+1d.

I am certain of LMP date as I log it all on an app. Is it normal to be measuring smaller with twins?

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Your LMP only tells you when you last bled, not when you ovulated or conceived. Scans are also only accurate to around 5 days either way as well.

I could have my period on the same day as another woman and conceive 10 days apart if we have very different cycles. If everything looks healthy, I wouldn't worry.

When did you first get a positive test? Scans can be off I found mine was then baby suddenly Caught up at 8 weeks. I assume you have another app to go back very soon to check for progress?

@BlueBunny23 first BPF was at about 12/13 DPO.

Your scan could easily be a week behind regardless of whether it’s twins or not, as you don’t know when you ovulated and they’re also not 100% accurate. Congratulations!
