When to start monitoring movements?

Im 22.5 weeks and can feel my baby move now, sometimes not for ages and I get a little worried until I feel them again. I realise they wouldn’t help the baby if it was born now as it’s not viable but I’m getting conflicting info as to when I should start monitoring its movements and seeking advise from midwife if I don’t feel them for ages and don’t want to bother my midwife if it’s not necessary, is it monitor movements from 24 weeks or 28weeks?

Sorry if I seem over the top, at my 20 week scan they said I had uterine artery notching and am going to have to have scans every 3 weeks as I’m more likely to have a baby with IUGR or get preeclampsia and need to be having regular check ups from 28 weeks as a precautionary thing so Ive since become worried about stillbirth and all the other things that could go wrong

Never worry about 'bothering' your midwife. It's always better to be safe than sorry so if ever anything doesn't feel right let someone know. As for regular movements, it varies on the individual. I started noticing patterns at around 25 weeks but I had a front placenta which can affect how you feel movements.
