Rib cage size.. question

Do you always expand?

I have many friends who have gone from being a 30/32 in a bra to 36 after pregnancy... and never gone back again.
however I'm already a 36 which is a wide ribcage for the rest of my body. looking at the rest of me you would expect me to be a 32.

so am I more likely to stay the same rather than going up even further to a 38/40??

I was told too that your rib cage would expand and never go back.

I went from a 30” pre pregnancy to 36” at 37 weeks when I was measured for nursing bras. I’m now 8 weeks post partum and back down to a 32” so I don’t think the idea you stay at your pregnancy band is always true.

Yes I went up but eventually back down - originally 32, now 34, far easier to buy bras tbh!! Partly it’s also because I can’t bear tightness around my ribs though.
