7w4d and symptoms gone?

Anyone had similar? Starting to panic!

I was having bad headaches, a bit of nausea and feeling tired, but now I'm tired and that's it! And only because I've had a busy few days.

Anyone else's symptoms go around this time? Or does it mean bad news? 😞.

My last pregnancy I had the same symptoms but they continued til about 12 weeks.

In my first pregnancy i didn't have any nausea and went on to have a mmc.

In my second pregnancy I had abit of intermittent nausea at 7/8 weeks and by week 9 it was gone and never returned. I now have a very healthy 16 month old.

Third time around; I am 6 weeks pregnant at the moment and the nausea hitting me much harder this time - its constant (although if it disappears tomorrow I will also worry) but I think essentially every pregnancy is different. Im getting an early scan next week hopefully for reassurance.
