Odd sickness 2nd trimester

I’m 22 weeks, had the usual nausea but not sick from 6-12ish weeks. Occasional dry heaving in the first trimester on a morning which seemed to be if I drove or used screens before having breakfast so made sure I always had a crumpet before heading out to work, rather than porridge at my desk like I did pre pregnancy.
Since around 16 weeks the heaving comes back if I don’t have breakfast within an hour or so of waking. Sometimes if I leave it too late, start to feel a bit dodgy, have breakfast I then vomit almost immediately.
Some mornings I’m absolutely fine and can scroll my phone and have breakfast whenever with no problem, there doesn’t seem to be a pattern.
I know the solution is probably to have a slice of toast or something as soon as I put the kettle on when I get up but just wondering if this sounds normal or if anyone else has had anything similar and managed to spot a pattern/trigger. Thanks

I have heard of it coming back, this just seems so randomly specific, sick/nausea if I use my phone too much before breakfast and then absolutely fine for the rest of the day! Pregnancy ey?!
