Temp of 38.5 for seven days, but no other symptoms

Hi all,
I'm 14 weeks and have had a fever all week, which goes down a little with paracetamol but can't seem to shake it completely. I have bad morning sickness still but no other symptoms so doesn't feel like a flu or virus type thing (other than feeling shivery and tired from fever).
Could I have a UTI or something without symptoms? Is this something to bother the doc with or not? TIA

Yes I would definitely call 111. Even just for peace of mind. High temp could be sign of infection, especially over a prolonged period.
