Hi, I'm 32 weeks 5 days today. I was trying to go to the toilet early hours this morning and was straining a bit to try poo. I went to wipe my bits and there was a couple of small dots of blood and peachy coloured cervical mucus on the tissue. After a few wipes the peachy discharge was gone. I wore a pad and there was nothing on it when I woke up. Then tonight I'm having peachy pink discharge when wiping again. I haven't had any spotting since around 1st trimester, is this something I should be concerned about?. This is my first pregnancy.
